- Processing of sales orders, purchase orders and supplier invoices, ensuring all information is accurate and timelines are met to maintain smooth operations across departments.
- Regularly update and maintain sales ledger, providing consistent and clear communication with suppliers and customers to keep all parties informed and relationships strong.
- Raise order acknowledgements and invoices, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or discrepancies in the sales process.
- Build positive relationships with both suppliers and customers by providing excellent service, resolving any queries promptly, and being the first point of contact for any issues that arise.
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, such as managing shared inboxes, updating databases and spreadsheets, ensuring that all information is organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team.
- Prepare detailed and accurate customer quotations, working closely with the sales team to support their efforts in securing new business and driving growth for the company.
- Proactively assist in various administrative and sales-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to support the wider team and contribute to overall business success.
