R13 are excited to collaborate with a reputable company in their search for a Sales Administrator join their Norwich team. In this position your focus will be the administration of all vehicles ensuring all information and documentation is processed accordingly.

This is a full time, fixed term contract for 14 months until September 2025. The offered salary for this role is £25,000 per annum with some flexibility for someone with similar experience in the automotive sector.

The day to day

  • Creation of vehicle stock books and customer records.
  • Carrying out vehicle processing including but not limited to; taxing, registration, new vehicle orders, HPI checks, warranty & service plan documentation.
  • Providing finance support including vehicle invoices, settlements, settling finance agreements, checking profit etc.
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices & allocating cost/bonuses.
  • Updating documentation and customer information.
  • Processes damage claims, dealer transfer requests and requests for showroom stock.
  • Maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance where needed.

You will have/be

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time/ task management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work well and keep calm under pressure.
  • A problem-solving approach to work with the ability to use own initiative.
