Due to company expansion, our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency in the Norwich area, are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator. The position will be based in North West Norwich and will provide an exciting opportunity within their Sales team.

The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

  • Basic salary £24,000
  • Guarantee for first few months
  • Mileage expenses
  • OTE £30,000 - £40,000

Working hours:

  • Monday – Saturday with lieu day in week (5 Day week)
  • Weekdays 8.30 – 5.30
  • Saturdays 9 -4

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Driving licence

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Booking Valuations, Mortgage Appointments and Viewings
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Dealing with offers
  • Registering applicants
  • Sales Progression
