A fantastic opportunity has come up with a well-respected independent Estate Agency in the Norwich area and they are currently seeking a Sales Valuer to join their expanding team.

Our clients pride themselves in a positive working environment and not to be micro-managed! Most of their staff have been there for many years so this is a very rare opening!

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:

As a Sales Valuer, your main duties will be:

  • Conducting valuations

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Experience as a Sales Valuer
  • Knowledge of the Norwich market
  • Valuation experience - essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Confident
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence
