UK Hybrid Working Role

We are recruiting for a Scrum Master on behalf of a large Norfolk based organisation who provide vital services to the UK housing industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Scrum Master to make an impact on a growing business.

Previous commercial experience as a Scrum Master is essential for this role.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the IT teams across a range of services including Infrastructure, Data Reporting and Software Development, ensuring they adhere to scrum principles and embrace agile practices.

You will be expected to host meetings, run workshops and scrum events which encourage open communication amongst stakeholders and look to identify key areas of improvement that will drive future decision making.
