A growing company in Norwich is seeking a motivated sales/lettings consultant to join their team.
The role involves generating valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to completion.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent customer care skills, and a full UK driving licence with their own car.
The position offers a full-time salary with an OTE of £27,000.00-£38,000.00 per year, along with benefits such as company events and a pension.
Training will be provided for the successful applicant, who will also be responsible for scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Due to my clients continued growth they are now looking for a positive motivated sales/lettings consultant to join their friendly team based in Norwich.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and undertake referrals for our legal services.

Training will be provided for the successful candidate

The ideal applicant should be able to generate business in a target driven environment, provide excellent customer care and be well organised. Additionally you should have good communication skills and a full UK driving licence with your own car.

Job Type: Full-time

OTE £27,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
