A well-established Estate Agency in Norwich is seeking an experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The role involves building strong client relationships, arranging property valuations, and negotiating offers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and at least 1 year of experience in estate agency and sales.
The competitive salary ranges from £25,000 to £40,000, with additional commission pay and various employee benefits including training and a pension scheme.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a driving licence and is primarily in-person work.
