- be a qualified solicitor or hold CILEX qualifications in employment law practice and have extensive experience.
- provide advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, workplace policies, and tribunal representation.
- possess excellent communication and business development skills
- take responsibility for marketing and business development activities to help grow the team's client base.
