- Develop and implement health and safety policies and programs.

- Lead improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Analyse data trends and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH), quality (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma), or environmental (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSQE management within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards).
- Proven experience in safety auditing, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSQE management software.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
