Day Care Assistant

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, Thomas Tawell House on a full time, 36 hour permanent contract, 12.00 per hour.

Thomas Tawell House is situated in the heart of the North side of Norwich city centre, close to shops and community facilities. The home is well-known locally for its dedicated support for older people and specialises in providing support for people with a visual impairment or sight loss.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

  • Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
  • Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.
