We are looking for an experienced Horticultural Manager to join our family run business!

As the Horticulture Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of our plants and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the horticulture department, including plant care, product selection, and employee management.

Your knowledge and expertise in horticulture will help us maintain and expand our reputation as the garden centres of choice for our customers.

Additional duties include:Identifying and address plant health issues, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.Maintaining accurate records of plant inventory and conditions.Ensuring plants are well-organised and visually appealing to customers.
