Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for HR Advisor.

Our client, a respected organisation in the social care sector, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support services. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a background in the social care setting to join their team. The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager overseeing and managing all HR processes for employee matters, including handling disciplinary actions, conducting thorough investigations, and managing grievances.

Key Responsibilities:

路Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff on all HR-related issues.
路Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
路Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
路Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
路Support staff development through training programs and career progression initiatives.
路Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations, particularly those relevant to the social care sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

路Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential.
路Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role within the social care sector.
路Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR.
路Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
路Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
路Proficient IT skills and HR information systems.
