We are pleased to be working in partnership with a global organisation in the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner for their site on the outskirts of Norwich. The role will be for an initial 6 month assignment from January 2025 reporting to the Divisional Head of HR.  As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in supporting a number of change programmes in-line with their People Strategy and pragmatically drive high performance by providing hands on, generalist, operational People support to managers.  The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified and demonstrate hands on experience of supporting people through change, and possess a strong HR generalist background. You will have a collaborative approach, with the drive and confidence to integrate and influence a variety of stakeholders including the senior management team. You will be solutions focused, with the capability to juggle varying priorities in a fast paced environment.  There is a particular focus on organisational design and job architecture so previous OD experience would be advantageous.In return, the organisation offers a competitive salary and benefits.
