Your new roleThis is a 6-month fixed term contract role in Norwich as an HR Projects Manager/Consultant. Reporting to the HR Director, this HR project role involves leading the review and enhancement of their policy framework. My client would like you to conduct a full review of what they have versus what they need. Key responsibilities include updating and modernising policies, simplifying the language and making them more user-friendly. You'll also review GDPR processes and their handbook.
The HR team prioritises the employee experience, fostering a culture of authenticity and trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law, proven experience in HR policy development, and a background in employee relations and GDPR compliance.
