Location:1st Floor, Seebohm House, 2-4 Queen Street, Norwich, NR2 4SQ

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role?

Reed Norwich is looking for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the HR sector to join their successful team of top performing recruiters in the UK at Reed. Your role will be to focus on a Human Resource recruitment 'desk'. The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.  As well as lots of fun networking events.

You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, managing candidate timesheets, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.

This is a genuine rare and exciting opportunity to work with a very established team with active live candidates and some live clients, with huge potential for so much more growth. The potential really is forever ongoing!  You will have coverage of East Anglian starting in Suffolk, some parts of Norfolk, then growing to Peterborough.

Who would suit this role?

We are ideally looking (although not always necessary) for experienced recruiters from any specialism or sector, or experienced sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of agency recruitment through researched knowledge or hands on experience. You must have a love for networking and be confident in attending events sometimes out of core business hours.
