This position is for four days per week (0.8) with flexible and hybrid working arrangements. They have an inspiring people strategy for 2025! You'll partner with senior stakeholders and managers, playing a key role in their cultural and systems transformation journey.
Your new roleIn this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding the People Strategy, working within a dynamic and collaborative team committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
As their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) lead, you will help define their EDI ambition, conduct a gap analysis, and develop a strategy aligned with their organisational goals and cultural transformation. You will also create a suite of fit-for-purpose policies.
You will lead stakeholder engagement and deliver management training to support their people vision. Additionally, you will be involved in exciting organisational development projects while supporting the rest of the HR team.
What you'll need to succeedOur client seeks individuals who are CIPD qualified and have a strong academic background. You will be a seasoned HR generalist with a proven track record in policy development, organisational development initiatives, and a passion for EDI.
