Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to make the next step in your career? This could be the role for you....Reporting to the Head of HR this is a newly created role where the Regional HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the business across a number of locations in the Eastern region.This is a true HR generalist remit, where key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding all areas of HR areas in accordance with Company policy and current legislation throughout the employee journey.
  • Support managers in dealing with performance, employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
  • Effectively manage the recruitment and selection process, whilst also proactively identifying and sourcing candidates utilising direct sourcing, research and social media
  • Support managers with probation reviews 
  • Facilitate an effective performance review process, coaching and up-skilling managers as necessary
  • Develop and deliver in-house training as appropriate
  • Working closely with the Head of HR to play a key role in any restructures, organisational changes and terms and conditions changes.
The person
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Previous experience of working in an HR Generalist role with a strong knowledge of HR Practices, policies and employment law.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills with the confidence to escalate critical issues.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Packages, with a high level of IT literacy and experience of HR Systems and Processes.
The role will be office based 3 days a week with travel across multiple locations across the region.
