- Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding all areas of HR areas in accordance with Company policy and current legislation throughout the employee journey.
- Support managers in dealing with performance, employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Effectively manage the recruitment and selection process, whilst also proactively identifying and sourcing candidates utilising direct sourcing, research and social media
- Support managers with probation reviews
- Facilitate an effective performance review process, coaching and up-skilling managers as necessary
- Develop and deliver in-house training as appropriate
- Working closely with the Head of HR to play a key role in any restructures, organisational changes and terms and conditions changes.
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Previous experience of working in an HR Generalist role with a strong knowledge of HR Practices, policies and employment law.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills with the confidence to escalate critical issues.
- Competent user of Microsoft Packages, with a high level of IT literacy and experience of HR Systems and Processes.
