Join a close-knit HR team that supports each other daily. Amongst the HR team, there is a lot of sharing of work content, varied workloads, and discussions on topics to ensure consistency and provide exposure.
You'll provide expert advice on performance, attendance, conduct issues, and grievances. You'll help refine policies, deliver impactful training, analyse and report on employee relations trends, and make proactive recommendations to foster a positive work environment. There will also be opportunities to get involved in wider HR projects.
What you'll need to succeedYou'll be an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys employee relations and can draw upon strong lived experience in a complex, dynamic organisation.
They offer a competitive package: bonus, PMI, 25 days holiday + BH. There is some opportunity to work from home but will predominantly be an onsite role.
