Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading software logistics company that is seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance its IT infrastructure.

The Role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the business. You'll work on a mix of BAU and project-based tasks, from troubleshooting network issues to implementing new technologies that drive operational efficiency. This is a varied and hands on role that will require cabling and wiring as well as hardware and software server setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
  • Support operations by ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
  • Implement security best practices to protect company data and assets.
  • Work on infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs).
  • Server installation and maintenance.
  • Experience in a cabling and wiring.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
