- Lead and deliver network-based projects for internal and external clients.
- Provide on-site support, maintaining key infrastructure and serving as the remote hands for the global technical team.
- Configure and manage firewalls and IP addressing for customer-specific solutions.
- Configure, test, and support customer communication systems.
- Deliver diagnostics and technical assistance to installation teams.
- Contribute to ISO standards and maintain comprehensive internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar field-based role.
