- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant contacts across your allocated customers and internal stakeholders
- Build a strong understanding of the customer’s business, business goals and change management / project management / budget sign off processes to ensure alignment
- Work with customers to develop their roadmaps/workstacks or define projects and size, estimate and negotiate that work into the schedule of a matrix managed team
- Importantly, drive both customer and internal resource to ensure the work gets done
- Maintain plans, track delivery against the schedule / agreed delivery dates and share updates regularly and consistently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure clear understanding of commercial agreements with customers and how that relates to delivery processes and billing
- Ensure time is recorded against your customer work and feeding that into any resource analysis exercise and customer billing process
- Attend regular customer review and performance meetings with colleagues from operations, contact centre, account management etc where you will be reporting on
- IT delivery performance
- Ensure adherence to IM delivery processes at that time and contribute to their continual improvement
