Project ManagerNorwich, Norfolk, NR5 8BF – Hybrid working (2 days in office per week)

  • Full time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

The Role

As a Project Manager at Tiger Eye, you’ll oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and the Senior Project Manager. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for IT and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects from initiation to delivery, liaising with clients, internal teams, and third parties
  • Define, monitor, and maintain project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and benefits
  • Deliver regular project updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, capturing and actioning key requirements
  • Create and manage detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables
  • Oversee project budgets and report on risks and financial status
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the Head of Project Services and PMO team to improve processes and allocate resources
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure consistent branding and quality in all client-facing materials
  • Actively resolve project issues, adapting to internal and external challenges
