- Provide first-line functional and technical support for business systems.
- Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) applications.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, implementing solutions and workarounds as needed.
- Analyse business processes, document functional specifications, and define user requirements through user interviews.
- Support system security and administration, managing user roles and access rights.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including post-production support and system maintenance.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to enhance system understanding.

- Support internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to maintain compliance.
- Work closely with global IT teams to ensure effective system support and operational efficiency.
- Extensive experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne)
- Strong SQL query and database management skills.
- Knowledge of system security, user role management, and configurations.
- Experience supporting Salesforce, Hubble reporting, and ERP integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and on-site teams.
