You will report directly to the Head of Technology, who will guide you through each project, encouraging you to approach challenges with excitement and originality. Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the organisation's digital and data strategy are core aspects of this role.

The Role:* Responsible for performance, process analysis, and business software* Scope, research, test, and implement new software* Troubleshoot issues and bugs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, escalating as necessary* 4 days a week on site in Norwich, 1 day a week working from home
