An incredible opportunity to work for a prestigious Norfolk Brand in the heart of the city. You’ll be joining an established IT Team with a new Head of IT who has been hired to improve and evolve their technology estate.
You’ll be working closely with their Sys Admin and engineers in Data & Dev to provide exceptional service across the group. Tasked with 1st- 2nd line fixes, you’ll also get a chance to improve your skillset at 3rd line as the team work collaboratively.
You will be a face of IT and therefore will work directly with colleagues and senior stakeholders to ensure best service possible.
Skills Required:
- Microsoft/Windows OS (on premises & Cloud)
- DNS & DHCP
- Antivirus, RMM, Telephony
- Internal or MSP background
