Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT services team in Norwich. This on-site role offers hands-on experience with desktop support, software/application troubleshooting, and IT Projects. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing technical assistance to end users and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

Key Responsibilities* Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.* Support software applications, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.* Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user account administration.* Maintain patch management, security updates, and system backups.* Document support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.* Assist with IT asset management and procurement of hardware/software.* Work towards Microsoft & Azure Certifications for career progression.

Ideal Candidate1+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.Experience in desktop support, troubleshooting software, and application issues.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
