- Provide onsite and remote support across the business (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line)
- Configure, set up, and maintain PCs, Macs, laptops, and printers, ensuring all equipment is up to date and fully functional.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows domains, Office 365, SharePoint, and hosted phone systems.
- Monitor the service desk system, ensuring timely and effective responses to IT support requests.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and system accounts for new users.
- Work with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues when required.
- Demonstrable experience working within IT Support
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft domains, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, including building, configuring, and supporting networked devices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
