On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Technician to join an established IT company in Norwich. As a Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of customer support tickets, ranging from second to third level. You will act as an escalation point from first line level, therefor the successful candidate must offer proven experience in an IT support related role or Service Desk function.

Beyond providing customer technical support, you will also participate in a range of projects, from planning to delivering. PLEASE NOTE - due to the nature of this role, candidates must have a full UK driving license & access to their own vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) working in an IT related role, ideally within a Service desk environment or using a ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, printing systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 desirable.
  • Proven experience providing Desktop, Software, and Hardware support.
