Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in the Financial Services sector who are passionate about giving back to the community, recruiting the position of Senior Finance Administrator and looking for a proactive and diligent individualto support the business with financial administration and management of commission payments for their teams, as an integral part of the team.

This is a Permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Based in the office on the outskirts of Norwich with free parking on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and take the lead on finance administration tasks and processes surrounding commission statements and charity contributions, ensuring all systems are updated correctly
  • Creation and processing of commission statements and remittance statements
  • Updating pipeline trackers
  • Administration of charity finances and deductions
  • Administration of introducer and other deductions
  • Finalising all statements ready forbank payments to be conducted
  • Handling queries and any issues surrounding statements and payments
  • Reporting and auditing of pipeline to identify discrepancies and monitor KPI's
  • Managing internal records accurately
  • Reconciling banking on Xero
  • Supporting other staff as required including any ad-hoc training required for the commission processes

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Existing experience in a financial role with exposure to commission handling
  • Friendly demeanour and ability to work well with others
  • A strong work ethic andinterest in professional development
  • Strong communication skills and responsible to raise problems as needed, confident managing issues
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • High levels of accuracy and diligence
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills including professional written communication
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Ability to self manage workload and use initiative to problem solve
  • Process-driven and methodical work approach with strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner
