Key Responsibilities:* Work will be the paint refresh of rolling stock.* Repainting of interior and exterior panels on passenger train carriages.* Deliver team briefings at the start of your shift to allocate what support is required.* Your role will be primarily the application of HydroTopCoat and other paints.* You will be responsible for a team of up to 12 skilled painters and preppers.* The role requires the completion of any necessary paperwork and daily reports.* To understand all Standard Operating Procedures and work to these without exception, unless advised by management.* Ensure the required daily workload is completed on time and to the customer and company standard.* Quality Assurance checks on all works completed by the team.* Attending planning meetings with the client and Production Manager. * You will be responsible for Health and Safety on site.* To carry out reasonable tasks as requested by the Production Manager in line with Company objectives.Requirements:* Previous paint spraying experience.* Previous team leadership experience in a paint shop environment.* Must have worked on Rolling Stock or similar large vehicle panels.
