Despatch Operator - £24,570
A world leading manufacturing business based in Norwich that is recognised for its dedication to providing quality products to the engineering and manufacturing sectors, has a fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Operator to join them at a very exciting time. This business is continuously developing its products and is hugely respected across the world.
The main purpose of the role is to pick, pack, and ship products to customers, ensuring accuracy of shipment paperwork
Primary Responsibilities include;
To pack goods into packaging
To produce Packing Lists, Customs Invoices and Shipment, for international shipments
To produce Invoices for manual shipments
For this role, you will need;
Prioritization skills
PC Literacy including Microsoft Office
Manual Handling Skills
To be able to stand for sustained periods of time
Frequently lifting and/or moving loads up to and including 70kg packages, either as an individual or team lift
*Forklift License is a bonus, but not necessary
