Supply Chain Assistant – Wroxham

Contract Personnel are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant for well-established clothing company in NR12.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • Maintaining purchase ledger, paying all vendors correctly and on time
  • Managing imports, ensuring all documentation is correct and up to date
  • Keeping the warehouse updated on pending deliveries
  • Booking transport for incoming imports
  • Domestic purchasing of non-branded stock items
  • Processing all landed costs of imported goods
  • Maintaining correct cost prices on the system
  • Co-ordinating our QC process notarising meetings and following up on actions
  • Placing special production orders with the factories

You will have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a supply chain related role

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Able to quickly adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required

Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail

Strong Excel skills

Familiarity with supply chain software or ERP systems is desirable, but not essential

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
