Duties for this role after training:

  • The successful candidate will take on an essential role within the client review process which is paramount in meeting the Consumer Duty principles and outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for updating a client’s record on our back-office system following their Annual Review
  • Prepare a Client Review Report, to a specific criterion, to document the discussions between the Adviser and the client.
  • As you learn and develop within the role, there will be scope for progression within the business, for the right individual.

You will have:

  • You are able to demonstrate exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work.
  • You are a self-starter, able to work with little supervision, and with good time management and planning skills
  • You should be IT proficient in using all aspects of Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with using Salesforce, or a similar CRM system, would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • You must be articulate, have excellent communication and comprehensive literacy skills.
