About the Role

This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, gaining experience in development planning and major infrastructure projects, including large-scale renewable energy schemes. The company provides full support towards RTPI accreditation, offering a structured APC training programme, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry professionals.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred, but not essential)
A genuine interest in the planning and development sector
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
Conducting research on local planning policies and site constraints
Supporting public consultations and stakeholder engagement
Drafting reports, statements, and correspondence under supervision
Attending site visits, planning committee meetings, and public examinations
