Agriculture & Estates Solicitor / Associate - Norwich

Progressive opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a Top UK law firm within their Agricultural & Estates team.

This opportunity will see you joining a highly knowledgeable, notable team of experts in their field and would present a high-quality caseload advising both UK and international clients on all aspects of rural real estate investment including - farm acquisitions and disposals, renewable energy projects, planning issues, natural capital, investment in equestrian and rural estate, rights of way and environmental liabilities.

Your work would include:

• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing documentation for property sales and purchases, deeds of easement and other property-related documents;

• Managing your own smaller transactions and liaising with other team members on larger transactions

• Attending meetings with clients and other law firms

• Attending business development events

Prior experience of Agricultural law is not essential, and those who hold 3yrs+ PQE within either Private Client or Property Law and a genuine interest developing an expertise within this area are welcomed to apply.
