Working closely with some of the most knowledgeable and well thought of lawyers within the commercial sector, you will be advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters including contracts, intellectual property, commercial agreements, IT related and other general commercial matters.THE CANDIDATE:Suitable Commercial Solicitors will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters. Working on a diverse caseload of commercial matters, the successful Commercial Solicitor will have proven technical expertise and possess the ability to support the wider commercial team through business development initiatives as well managing and developing client relationships.
