You need to be familiar with all types of general Litigation including:

*** Landlord and Tenant Disputes

*** Boundary Disputes

*** TOLATA claims

*** Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

*** Contentious Probate

*** Building/ Construction Disputes

*** Debt collection

***Injunction Proceedings
