Residential ConveyancerFull-time | Permanent | Monday – Friday | Day ShiftOur client is looking for a detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer to join their successful property team. You’ll manage residential property transactions from start to finish, delivering excellent client service.What You’ll Do:
  • Handle a caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, and unregistered land).
  • Conduct title investigations, searches, and due diligence.
  • Prepare and review legal documents 
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Lots of client face to face meetings 
  • Primarily dealing with local work with some national work as well. 
  • Manage a caseload between 60-80 on average
What They’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in leasehold, freehold, and unregistered land transactions.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
