Employment Solicitor - Norwich

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly successful and award winning Legal 500 firm.

This Employment Solicitor role will offer an impressive and high-quality caseload which will see you working with a diverse range of clients within various sectors, advising across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for claimant and respondent clients.

Applicants will be experienced in managing their own caseload from inception to final hearing across matters to include - employment tribunals, disciplinaries, grievances procedures and hearings, redundancies and restructuring, discrimination claims, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, misconduct, employment contracts, wrongful and constructive dismissal, TUPE, policies and procedures and more.

You can also look forward to enjoying plenty of client contact and will play a significant role in the continued success and growth of the department by actively engaging in business development.

The successful applicant will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 4yrs PQE, or will hold similar relevant experience.
