We have partnered with our reputable legal client in Norfolk who are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor NQ - 2 Years PQE. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients in matters pertaining to wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney. Your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in offering tailored legal solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • Advising clients on wills, estate administration, and probate issues
  • Assisting clients in matters related to lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications
  • Conducting estate planning activities, including inheritance tax planning and trusts
  • Providing guidance and support to clients in matters of lifetime gifting and charitable giving
  • Preparing legal documentation, such as wills and powers of attorney
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry best practises

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales NQ - 2 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
