Property Litigation Solicitor - Norwich

Contract Personnel are looking for a dedicated Junior Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join their dynamic and expanding team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career within a well-established and highly regarded firm. You will be working on a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and right of way issues, and residential and commercial possession proceedings

How does the day-to-day look?

  • Provide legal advice on property disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, property boundaries, and leases.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and court documents.
  • Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
  • Conduct legal research on property law and case precedents.
  • Manage case files, timelines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  • Work to resolve disputes through settlement discussions before trial.

You will have:

  • Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and experience handling a variety of property disputes
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday full-time permanent position, but flexible arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
