A exciting opportunity has opened for a 2+ PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer to join an established high profile Residential Property team in Norwich. This role is perfect for a Residential Property candidate looking grow their career as this role has the scope to progress and manage your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, newbuilds and re-mortgages.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for residential conveyancing.
  • Handle all transactions from inception to completion, maintaining exceptional accuracy, time management and care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
