The Responsibilities Of The Senior Education Lawyer Role:

  • To manage a full caseload from inception to completion relating to SEND law matters
  • Cases will include SEND, Tribunals, Disability Discrimination, School exclusions, judicial reviews and admission appeals
  • Prepare and attend SEND tribunals

The Person:

  • A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3+ years of PQE within SEND Law
  • Previous local authority or public sector experience is essential
  • Candidates must have experience of SEND Tribunals and be able to manage a caseload of SEND tribunal matters
