You’ll oversee quality control, manage key processes, and support improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the production process, with a strong focus on maintaining long shelf-life products.
Operate within a B2B environment with no retail-facing obligations, allowing you to focus on continuous quality improvements.
Oversee operational processes, addressing process-related issues and maintaining product safety.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Technical.
Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
Lead, mentor, and support the team on the factory floor, encouraging a culture of quality and excellence.

Your Profile:

Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing.
Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality control processes.
Hands-on leadership skills with a focus on driving quality improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
