We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dispute Resolution team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in litigation and familiarity with Proclaim software.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Dispute Resolution team.
- Manage correspondence, legal documents, and reports, ensuring they are formatted, filed, and distributed accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Maintain and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in the preparation of court bundles and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to coordinate various aspects of case management.
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, specifically within litigation.
- Proficiency in Proclaim or similar legal case management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
