Job Role - Legal Secretary - Residential Property
Our well renowned client are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary, with additional experience within Residential Property to join their thriving Norwich location. This is a full time hybrid opportunity with other fantastic benefits included. Salaries depending on experience, 26000 - 29000.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within the Residential Property department to provide support to the fee earners, daily duties will include but not be limited to: Producing and amending documents, formatting, supporting with residential transactions, property searches, dealing with enquiries, proofreading, use of applicants such as DocuSign, Land Registry Portal, etc; general admin, and more.
What skills will you have?
The successful candidate will have experience as a Legal Secretary, within Residential Property, and have experience carrying out daily duties and providing a high standard of support to fee earners in an organised manor. Strong Audio typing skills are essential.
