We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a Criminal Law team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
- Maintain and organize client files and records.
- Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.
- Assist with case preparation, including research and document management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
