Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their Planning team.

This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial support skills. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.

Some of your duties will include

  • Transcribing and proof reading letters, emails and other correspondence
  • Audio typing and some file management
  • Typing of documents and track amendments
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying
  • File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
  • Providing general administration support to the team

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • Good organisation and time management abilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Great typing skills
  • Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
  • Prior secretarial experience within a law firm would be advantageous
