Private Client Legal PA / Legal Secretary - Norwich
New is a new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary / PA to join an award winning and regional firm based in Norwich.
This opportunity will see you playing a vital role in providing support to an experienced team of fee earners within their busy Wills, Trusts & Probate team. Responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support to include, file opening, document production, filling / archiving, photocopying, completing ID checks, file compliance etc.
- Audio typing / digital dictation.
- Drafting letters, emails and other correspondence.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings and other appointments.
- Coordinating the billing process for fee-earners and liaising with the Accounts & Finance team throughout the process for instructions, changes, and to finalise invoices.
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
