Conveyancing Paralegal - Norwich

This is a progressive opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join a modern and forward-thinking firm based in Norwich.

You will play a pivotal role assisting across a busy a case-load of Residential Conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles).

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client files
  • Conducting property searches
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, Transfer forms (TR1), Land Registry forms (AP1, RX1, CH1etc) and SDLT submissions
  • Engagement with clients, agents, and other relevant parties to provide updates and address queries on case progression / developments.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Candidates will hold current or recent experience supporting across Property related work.
